South Carolina Gamecocks football tight end commit Jaheim Oatis has flipped his commitment to the Cincinnati Bearcats football program. Oatis is a four-star recruit and is ranked as the No. 8 tight end in the 2024 class by 247Sports. He is also ranked as the No. 94 overall recruit in the country. Oatis is a 6-foot-5, 270-pound tight end from Columbia, South Carolina. He is considered to be one of the best pass-catching tight ends in the country. He is also a good blocker. Oatis had originally committed to South Carolina in June 2022. However, he reopened his recruitment in December 2022. Oatis is the highest-rated commitment in Cincinnati's 2024 class. He is the first four-star recruit to commit to the Bearcats in the 2024 class. Oatis's commitment is a big boost for Cincinnati's recruiting class.
