Today, Good Morning America and Disney released the official trailer and key art for Descendants: The Musical. The highly anticipated film will premiere on Disney+ on July 12, 2024.

The film tells the story of Red, the whip-smart and rebellious teenage daughter of the Evil Queen. After being invited to attend Auradon Prep by Uma, the former Villain Kid who is now headmaster, Red must navigate the challenges of fitting in while also embracing her own unique identity.

The trailer features stunning visuals, catchy songs, and a star-studded cast. Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Cameron Boyce, and Booboo Stewart will all reprise their roles from the Descendants films. Newcomers to the franchise include China Anne McClain and Cheyenne Jackson.
